KAnalysis and RSD Law Chambers have announced a strategic collaboration to provide integrated legal services across intellectual property, dispute resolution, and regulatory advisory.

The collaboration brings together KAnalysis’ global intellectual property capabilities and RSD Law Chambers’ strengths in arbitration, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. The alliance is designed to support clients operating in innovation-led and asset-intensive sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

The collaboration will function through a coordinated approach, with both firms continuing to focus on their respective core areas, while working closely to deliver seamless support across the lifecycle of a client’s legal needs - from IP creation, protection, and portfolio management to enforcement, dispute resolution, and regulatory strategy.

Speaking on the collaboration, Nilanshu Shekhar, Partner, KAnalysis, commented,

“This collaboration enables us to offer a more cohesive approach to clients, where intellectual property strategy is closely aligned with enforcement, litigation realities and commercial objectives."

Rajiv Shankar Dwivedi, Managing Partner, RSD Law Chambers, said

“Disputes today are rarely standalone issues. They frequently intersect intellectual property, regulatory frameworks, and complex commercial arrangements. Our strength lies in handling such matters across courts and tribunals, and working closely with KAnalysis allows us to address these issues in a more structured and comprehensive manner.”

Through this collaboration, KAnalysis and RSD Law Chambers aim to further strengthen their service offering for domestic and international clients, assisting businesses across India and assisting global clients in navigating increasingly complex legal and regulatory environments.
