Karanjawala & Co Partner Samarjit Gajendra Pattnaik has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice at Delhi.

Pattnaik, who is a 2002 graduate of Symbiosis International University, has joined with the firm with his team.

At Karanjawala & Co, he headed the white-collar crime practice and handled various other complex commercial litigation, including arbitration, winding-up proceedings, and cases before consumer forums.

At Luthra and Luthra, Pattnaik will continue to build the firm’s White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution practice, while also driving growth in areas such as arbitration, commercial litigation and other complex dispute areas.

He will be supported by his team comprising Managing Associate Puneet Relan and Associate Kashish Seth, who are also joining Luthra and Luthra.

On Pattnaik's joining, Luthra Managing Partner Harry Chawla stated,
