Karanjawala & Co. has promoted Simran Brar as a Partner in the firm with effect from April 1, 2021.

A 2004 law graduate from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, Simran joined Karanjawala & Co. in 2005, after briefly working at DeOrchis & Partners, New York.

Core areas of her expertise include handling Civil and Commercial Litigation matters and Arbitration. She has regularly been appearing before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) and District Courts.

Since 2017, she has been heading the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Team at the Firm, with a focus on domestic and international arbitrations. She continues to handle several high-stake, complex and multi-layered arbitration matters on behalf of the Firm.
