Ketaki Suklikar has been appointed as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer-Designate at Mahindra Finance.

Suklikar replaces Farida Balsara, who will be transitioning back to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.

Suklikar is an alumna of ILS Law College, Pune. She earned her LLM in International Commercial Law from King's College London in 2005.

With nearly two decades of experience, Suklikar is a General Counsel with expertise in M&A, venture capital and private equity investments and operations.

Prior to assuming her current role, she was the Vice President & Legal Head of M&A at the Mahindra Group and was responsible for all M&A transactions across the Group.

She has previously also worked at Wadia Ghandy & Co. for over seven years.
