Khaitan & Co has announced the move to a larger, state-of-the-art office in Chennai.

Khaitan’s Chennai office advises on a full suite of services including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, general corporate advisory, insolvency and restructuring, real estate, taxation, and dispute resolution including mediation, domestic and international arbitrations. The new workspace is designed to promote collaboration and support clients and businesses across Tamil Nadu and the wider South India market.
