Khaitan & Co Partner Aman Dwivedi has joined Temasek as Vice President, Legal & Regulatory.

Dwivedi is a 2016 graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University.

Dwivedi was associated with Khaitan for nearly a decade, having joined as an Associate in 2016, and was made a Partner in 2025. He primarily worked on deals involving mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
