Khushboo Bhargava has joined NOVA Capital Markets as Head Legal.

Bhargava is a 2011 graduate of ICFAI Business School, Pune. She is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

She has nearly two decades of experience as an in-house counsel. She is proficient at drafting, vetting and reviewing Requests for Proposal, Commercial Contracts for major national and international clients, Master Service Agreements, NDAs, Statements of work, Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Data Transfer Agreements.

She has handled contract life cycle management across various leading companies such as Tata Communications, Oracle, Cognizant and most recently, Aakash Educational Services.
