K&S Partners announces Dr Shachindra Pandey and Sudeshna Banerjee as Equity Partners

K&S Partners has announced Dr Shachindra Pandey and Sudeshna Banerjee as Equity Partners, effective July 1, 2024. 

Pandey and Banerjee are from the firm’s Patent and Trademark practices, respectively.

Pandey, based in Gurugram, is a trusted expert with nearly two decades of experience in building IP profiles, specializing in patent drafting and prosecution in life sciences, including bioprospecting, drug delivery, vaccines, and biotechnology.

With over 20 years of experience, Banerjee, based in Bengaluru, excels in trademark protection and enforcement in foreign jurisdictions, handling trademarks, copyrights, and geographical indications.
