Kunal Sinha, Advocate and founder of Sinha & Co., has launched Sinha NRI Services, a legal services platform focused on providing advisory and litigation support to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Indians in relation to India-based legal matters.

Operating out of South Delhi, Sinha NRI Services is structured to address India-centric disputes and compliance issues commonly faced by NRIs. The areas of focus include property recovery and inheritance disputes, succession and family law matters, banking and recovery litigation, and cross-border regulatory coordination. The platform follows a remote-first delivery model, allowing overseas clients to manage Indian legal proceedings without physical presence.

The platform offers tailored solutions across four key verticals: litigation representation, documentation and registration support, succession and estate administration, and compliance and regulatory advisory.

Sinha has over eight years of experience in litigation and legal advisory and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He is empanelled as counsel for institutions including Punjab National Bank, Central Warehousing Corporation, and Bihar State Warehousing Corporation.
