Lexygen Legal Consulting recently announced its internal promotions effective on July 1, 2021.

The firm has promoted Principal Associate Vishnu Chandran to Partner and Senior Associate Codhai Raghavan has been made Principal Associate.

Chandran has over 10 years of experience, and his focus areas are private equity, venture capital, fund formation, mergers and acquisition, Intellectual property and e-commerce.

He joined Lexygen soon after graduating from NUJS, Kolkata in 2011.

Raghavan has over 8 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, fund formation, M&A, fintech, competition and anti-trust.

She graduated from School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore in 2013 and joined the firm soon after.
