L&L Partners has re-constituted its Executive Committee, headed by Founder and Managing Partner Rajiv Luthra as the Chair.

The Executive Committee also comprises experienced Partners of the firm including Abhishek Mathur, Anshuman Mozumdar, Geeta Dhania, Karan Mitroo, Navin Syiem, Nishant Singh and Piyush Mishra

It will be responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s growth strategy and overseeing its management for operations across all offices.

Seven other sub-committees have been constituted to streamline processes - these include recruitment, corporate communications, internship, IT and ESG.
