Lokesh Shah joins IndusLaw as Partner in Tax practice

A lawyer and a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience, Shah joins the firm from Saraf & Partners.

Lokesh Shah has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in the firm's Tax practice at Delhi.

Shah is a graduate of the University of Mumbai.

He is a lawyer and a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in M&A Tax, International Tax, Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. He has advised several multinational enterprises, PE Funds, Indian corporates and HNIs on M&A transactions, structuring inbound and outbound investments, cross-border transactions, group restructurings, tax optimisation strategies, trust and estate planning and has provided assistance on tax litigation matters.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Shah was Partner at Saraf & Partners for over two years.

On his move, Shah remarked in a press release,
