Luthra & Luthra Partner Shinoj Koshy has launched SK & Partners, as a senior-led firm handling complex cross border and domestic mandates.
The firm is structured to ensure close partner involvement in every matter. It plans to grow in a selective and deliberate manner, building depth and scale over time.
Koshy is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
He is a dual-qualified attorney (India and England & Wales) with more than two decades of experience advising global sponsors, sovereign investors, multinational corporations, and founder-led businesses on complex cross-border M&A and strategic corporate matters. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, governance, and special situations where international strategy must be translated into effective execution in India.
Koshy trained and qualified at Linklaters (London) before moving to Cleary Gottlieb (London) where he focused on cross-border transactions. Upon his return to India, he worked with Nishith Desai Associates and most recently, Luthra and Luthra, where he was a Partner for the past decade.
