Dr. Madhumita Kothari has joined HSA Advocates as a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.

Prior to joining HSA, Madhumita was associated with the Chambers of Senior Advocate Salman Khurshid.

Having almost 23 years of experience in dispute resolution and arbitration, Madhumita has built a specialization across several industry sectors such as shipping, aviation, infrastructure, retail, and insurance.

She has studied law in India, UK & Germany, and has received several awards throughout her career, including Bharat Gaurav Ratna Award, International Women Achiever's Award, Art Moda, Kala Samman Award, etc.
