Manmeet Singh joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Equity Partner along with 3 Partners

Singh and his team were working at Saraf & Partners before joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Manmeet Singh has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an Equity Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, along with a team of 3 partners and associates. He will be based out of the Delhi-NCR office of the firm.

In October this year, Bar & Bench had reported Singh's exit from Saraf & Partners along with his team to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Singh is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University (Bengaluru, 2004) and Columbia Law School (New York, 2007).

He has extensive experience in handling complex and high value commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitrations – both ad hoc & institutional. He has acted for a range of international and domestic clients including large Indian conglomerates, private equity and strategic investors and financial institutions.

The Partners joining along with him are:

Anugrah Robin Frey (Delhi – NCR) - Frey has over 11 years of experience in advising and representing clients on commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and insolvency-related disputes. He has significant experience in infrastructure, shareholder, technology related disputes.

Alok Shankar (Delhi-NCR) - Shankar has over 17 years of experience and has expertise in commercial disputes in courts and tribunals across the country. His practice includes advising clients on regulatory disputes across sectors such as electricity, airports and broadcasting as well as commercial disputes.

Sairam Subramanian (Mumbai) - Subramanian has over 14 years of experience in advising and representing clients in various areas of civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, both ad-hoc & institutional, and insolvency matters. He has extensive experience in acting on general commercial disputes, shareholder & investor disputes, infrastructure disputes and property related disputes.

The team brings in a diverse range of experience and are well recognised in their area of practice.
