Mathew Thomas joins JSA as Partner in Capital Markets Practice

Thomas will be working out of the firm's Mumbai office.

Mathew Thomas has joined JSA as a Partner in Capital Markets Practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Thomas is a 2010 graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.

With over 13 years of experience, he has expertise in Equity/Debt Offerings, REIT, Rights Issues, and IPOs across various sectors, including technology, finance, green energy, retail, hospitality, textiles, electronics, entertainment, real estate, and power/roads. He has held positions at Trilegal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and Khaitan & Co in Mumbai.

Prior to joining JSA, Thomas served as the Vice President at AK Capital Services Limited in Mumbai for over a year.
