Shweta Pandey has joined Well Fargo as the Head of Legal, India & the Philippines.

Pandey is a 2007 alumna of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

With nearly two decades of experience, Pandey started her career at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, before switching to in-house roles. A seasoned corporate-commercial and transactional lawyer, she has held legal leadership roles across multiple leading organisations such as IBM India, Infosys and Target India.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Pandey served as the Vice President Legal & Compliance at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India for over six years.
