Mihir Rale joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas to co-head new Digital + practice

He last served as General Counsel for Star India (later acquired by Jio) and completed 15 years with the company in 2024.

Mihir Rale will be joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as Partner (Co-Head – Digital/TMT). He will be based in the firm's Mumbai office.

Rale is a 2002 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. He has over 23 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, legal strategy, corporate governance, regulation & policy and compliance matters in technology, data, telecommunications and traditional sectors.

He works at the intersection of technology, regulation, competition and intellectual property.

He last served as General Counsel for Star and Disney India (later acquired by Jio) and completed 15 years with the company in 2024.
