Lall & Sethi has announced the joining of the firm’s newest Partner - Nancy Roy, effective August 03, 2021. She shall be heading the firm’s Litigation practise.

Nancy has over 11 years of experience in litigation and brand protection advisory. She has argued matters independently as well as assisted Senior Advocates in heavily contested litigations and has handled and supervised heavily contested litigations.

Nancy began her career in IP laws with Justice V.K. Shali (Retired) of the Delhi High Court as a Legal Researcher in the year 2010. She started her career in litigation with Lall & Sethi and worked at the firm for 6 years and was most recently with Senior Advocate Chander M. Lall, who is also the founder of Lall & Sethi.

Nancy graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University
