Head of Nishith Desai Associates' Bengaluru office and the firm's Disruptive Technologies Practice Group Huzefa Tavawalla is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner.

Tavawalla is an international technology lawyer with in-depth expertise in disruptive technologies and cross-border M&A. With deep insights in areas such as Gen AI, SpaceTech, Drones, Web3.0, the Metaverse, Driverless Cars, Robotics and others, he has represented multiple new-age tech multinationals in their global business expansions as well as their India entry strategies. He also structured business models for tech and internet companies.
