Sahil Kanuga joins Cyril Amarchand as Partner in White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution practice

Nishith Desai Associates' Head of Dispute Resolution Sahil Kanuga has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in the firm's White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution practice at Mumbai.

Kanuga is an alumnus of KC Law College. He earned his LL.M. in Business Law from Mumbai University in 2007.

He has around 20 years of experience and has advised foreign and domestic clients on cross-border disputes, corporate governance issues, compliance training and internal and regulatory investigations, including those related to corporate governance, employment investigations and whistle-blower complaints.

Kanuga was associated with Nishith Desai Associates for over a decade.

Welcoming him to the firm, CAM Managing Partner Cyril Shroff said,

“Sahil has extensive experience and expertise that will undoubtedly enhance our ability to deliver exceptional client service. I am confident that he will contribute significantly to the continued growth of our Disputes and White-Collar practice.”

On joining CAM, Kanuga said,
