Nitesh Bhasin has been appointed Senior Vice President - Legal at Brookfield Properties.

Bhasin is a 2004 alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune.

With two decades of experience across both law firms and in-house roles, Bhasin advises multinational companies on India legal strategy, navigating regulatory and policy issues, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate commercial advisory, data protection, privacy, anti-bribery, compliance, litigation mitigation and settlements.

His past engagements include stints at Trilegal and JSA as well as Bharti Realty.

Bhasin has been associated with Brookfield Properties since 2022.
