Nitin Bhuwania has joined Juris Prime Law Services as a Partner in Corporate & Commercial Practice.

Bhuwania is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

He has extensive experience across corporate law, transactions, finance, compliance, and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has been closely associated with several large and complex transactions, regulatory advisory mandates, and financial sector engagements. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to provide strategic, commercially aligned legal solutions in an increasingly complex business environment.

Prior to joining Juris Prime Law Services, Bhuwania held leadership positions in the legal teams of Smartpaddle Technology, Easebuzz, and Piramal Capital, where he played a key role in handling complex legal, transactional, and advisory matters, and gained a strong reputation for his strategic and business-driven approach.
