Nrip Vaibhaw has joined Orient Electric as the Head of Legal.

Vaibhaw is a 2010 graduate of Delhi University.

With over 15 years of experience, he specialises in litigation, commercial contracts, and intellectual property rights. He handles complex disputes, ensures compliance with regulatory frameworks and drives business growth through effective contract negotiation. His expertise spans FMCG, media, infrastructure, and education sectors.

Prior to joining Orient Electric, Vaibhaw served as Senior Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks. In the past, he has also worked with Times of India Group and IL&FS.

At Orient Electric, Vaibhaw will strengthen governance frameworks, navigate legal complexities, and enable sustainable growth.
