Oishika Dasgupta has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Capital Markets Practice. She will be based in Mumbai office.
Dasgupta is a 2014 graduate of Gujarat National Law University. She is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and England & Wales).
She brings to the firm 11 years of experience in equity capital markets transactions; infrastructure investment trust offerings, debt capital markets, corporate governance and securities law matters.
Dasgupta had previously worked at CAM for 2 years as an Associate. Thereafter, she moved on Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and later S&R Associates.
Prior to rejoining CAM as a Partner, she served as a Partner at S&R Associates.
