Prior to founding Eboney Law, Jagtap held senior legal leadership roles at Chalet Hotels Limited and The Phoenix Mills Limited, where she was closely involved in high-value transactions and large-scale development projects. Her earlier experience also includes working with leading law firms such as DSK Legal, JSA and Law Point, advising on a broad range of corporate, real estate, and commercial matters.

Jagtap’s practice focuses on advising clients on large-scale residential and commercial developments, redevelopment projects, hospitality asset transactions, leasing and leave and license arrangements, as well as corporate and commercial documentation.
