Pallavi J Jagtap has announced the launch of Eboney Law, a boutique legal practice based in Mumbai, advising clients across India on real estate, hospitality, corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and insolvency.

Eboney Law is positioned as a sector-focused practice catering to developers, corporates, hospitality businesses, housing societies, and investors. The firm aims to deliver commercially aligned, practical legal solutions for complex transactions and advisory mandates across asset classes.

Prior to founding Eboney Law, Jagtap held senior legal leadership roles at Chalet Hotels Limited and The Phoenix Mills Limited, where she was closely involved in high-value transactions and large-scale development projects. Her earlier experience also includes working with leading law firms such as DSK Legal, JSA and Law Point, advising on a broad range of corporate, real estate, and commercial matters.

Jagtap’s practice focuses on advising clients on large-scale residential and commercial developments, redevelopment projects, hospitality asset transactions, leasing and leave and license arrangements, as well as corporate and commercial documentation. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate and hospitality assets, from structuring and acquisition to operations, leasing, and dispute resolution.
