Phoenix Legal has announced the promotion of Ashima Dewan, Kripi Kathuria and Neha Naik to Partners.
Dewan is based out of the firm's Delhi office and specialises in PE-VC, M&A and General Corporate.
Kathuria too is based out of the firm's Delhi office and primarily advises clients on commercial transactions including M&A, investment into India, internal corporate restructuring and joint venture arrangements.
She has been associated with the firm for nearly 13 years.
Naik is based out of the firm's Mumbai office and is part of the litigation and dispute resolution team, focusing on insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property, arbitrations, and commercial disputes.
She has been associated with the firm for over 8 years.
The Firm has promoted Aishwarya Samanta and Nikhil Sawlan to Associate Partner.
