The Heineken Company has appointed Pradeep Gupta as Head of Legal & Compliance for its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad.
Gupta is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi. He is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Gupta has nearly two decades of experience across legal, compliance, corporate secretarial, privacy, employment laws, and investigations in complex regulatory environments.
At the Heineken GCC, he will lead Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretarial, Privacy, and Risk Management functions. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a strong business orientation, ensuring the legal function both protects value and enables growth.
Prior to his move to Heineken, Gupta was associated with DBS Tech for nearly a decade, having held the position of a Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Compliance.
