Praveen Singh has joined Azure Power as a General Counsel.

Singh is a 2004 graduate of Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He earned his LLM in Corporate and Investment Laws from NLSIU in 2007.

Singh is a legal expert with over 13 years in the renewable energy sector. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at some of the prominent renewable energy companies, where he provided strategic legal counsel and led diverse legal functions. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, complex contracts, and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining Azure Power, Singh was the Director Legal at Vena Energy for over 4 years.
