Priyadarshi Debashis Satapathy has joined Hinduja Renewable Energy Private Limited as Head of Legal.

Satapathy is a 2009 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Satapathy has over 16 years of varied experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Merger & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Commercial Contracts, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution. During his stint in law firms, he had advised various banks, financial institutions, renewable energy and utilities companies and various infrastructure and manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining Hinduja Renewables, he held senior legal positions at Ayana Renewable Power, GE Renewable Energy and Mytrah Energy.
