Priyanka Kwatra has joined Grayscope AI as Head of Legal & Strategy.

Kwatra is a 2020 graduate of Alliance University. She earned her LLM from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2022.

Kwatra specialises in IT Laws and Corporate & Financial Laws, with over six years of experience across litigation, corporate advisory, and startup ecosystems. She has practiced before the High Court of Karnataka, Civil Courts, NCLT, and Magistrate Courts, and has advised national and international clients across sectors including Aerospace, IT, F&B, Staffing, Manufacturing, Ed-tech, Agriculture, Entertainment, and Startups.

At Grayscope AI, Kwatra leads the company’s legal and compliance function and works closely with the founders on product strategy to build and scale an legal-tech platform for the legal industry, while ensuring that lawyers remain at the center of this whole process.
