Rakesh Kaushik has joined BPTP Limited as President, Legal from Max Healthcare Institute Limited.

Kaushik has over 29 years of domestic and international experience in corporate legal practice including corporate laws, strategizing high stake litigation, compliance risk management and assurance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, SEBI compliances and secretarial practices.

Prior to joining BPTP Limited, Kaushik led the legal and regulatory function at Max Healthcare Institute as Director- Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Earlier, he had a stint with Bharti Airtel Limited, wherein he oversaw legal and regulatory risk and assurances globally. His other stints were with Hindustan Unilever Limited, RJ Corp, American Tower (erstwhile VIOM), Artemis Medicare and Usha International.
