Former Senior Director - Legal at Essar, Rashna Mistry has joined Tata Projects as a General Counsel.

With over 30 years of experience in management of disputes, negotiations, arbitrations, regulatory/government investigations, criminal and civil actions, and cross border orders, Mistry started her career with American Express.

She went on to hold multiple key positions including Head of Legal Disputes Resolution, India at the Standard Chartered Bank, where she worked for nearly 26 years.

Prior to joining Tata Projects, Mistry worked with the Essar Group as a Senior Director - Legal for over 4 years.

Sharing her latest appointment on LinkedIn, Mistry wrote that she is delighted to take up her new role as a General Counsel at Tata Projects.
