River Law promotes Jacob George to Partnership

George has been associated with River Law for the past one and a half year.

River Law has announced the promotion of Jacob George to Partnership.

George is a 2016 graduate of Christ University, Bengaluru.

He is a corporate lawyer specializing in venture capital and private equity investments. He has represented prominent venture capital and private equity funds and advised on their investments and exits from companies across various sectors. He has also worked on investments and acquisitions across the life cycle of businesses, including representation on seed stage deals as well as working on some of the most prominent larger private equity transactions.

George has been associated with River Law for the past one and a half year. He has previously worked as a General Counsel at Premji Invest as well as a lawyer at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

On George's promotion, River Law released a statement saying,
