Rohan Saha has joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore as a Partner in the firm's corporate practice at London.

Saha is a 2011 graduate of National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad.

With over 13 years of experience, Saha represents investment banks, private credit funds, commercial banks, subordinated credit providers, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions with an emphasis on complex cross‑border leveraged acquisition financings.

At Cravath, part of Saha's focus will be to help develop the firm’s relationships in India.

Prior to joining Cravath, Saha was associated with Linklaters.
