Rohan Singh joins Fox Mandal & Associates LLP from Trilegal as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice.

Singh is a 2011 graduate of National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad.

With over 11 years of experience, Singh has previously worked with leading firms like the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co, Nishith Desai & Associates, and Trilegal. He has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clientele on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions across industry sectors, including financial services, e-commerce, IT, manufacturing, real estate, fintech and insurance.

Singh will be working out of the firm’s Mumbai office in BKC.
