Rohit Ambast moves from CMS IndusLaw to JSA as Partner in Corporate practice

With close to 15 years of experience, Ambast advises on M&A, PE investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters.

CMS INDUSLAW Partner Rohit Ambast has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Retained Partner in Corporate practice at the Firm's Gurugram office.

Ambast is an alumnus of National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and has completed Level I of the CFA Program, reflecting his understanding of financial and commercial matters.

With close to 15 years of experience, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters. He has advised clients across sectors including insurance, financial services, fintech, healthcare, education and energy.

Ambast joins JSA from CMS IndusLaw, and has previously worked with Khaitan & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. 

At JSA, he will contribute across multiple sub-practices within the Corporate offering, in line with the Firm’s integrated approach to corporate advisory.
