Sachin Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Legal Advisor at Hero Realty.
A graduate of the University of Delhi, Sharma has over 22 years of post-qualification experience, with deep expertise in litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate transactions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
He handles high-stakes issues with a practical, solution-oriented approach, having led the RERA registration of multiple projects across several states, structured and closed complex lease rental discounting transactions, and spearheaded legal execution for large-scale institutional funding arrangements.
Prior to joining Hero Realty, he served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide legal, regulatory, and dispute management matter.
As Chief Legal Advisor at Hero Realty, Sharma will provide strategic legal guidance to the leadership team, oversee key litigation and regulatory matters, and support the organisation’s governance and transaction framework. His board-level advisory experience and commercially pragmatic approach will further strengthen Hero Realty’s legal, governance, and risk management framework.
