OYO's Head Litigation, Sai Vara Prasad has joined Reliance Jio as Vice President & Regional Head legal. He will be responsible for looking after the entire legal matters for the southern region. 

Prasad is a 1999 graduate of the Department of Law, University of Calcutta.

With more than 22 years of professional experience, Prasad's expertise includes rendering advice on legal strategy, litigation and disputes, contract management, legal operations along with overseeing compliance management. He has held leadership positions in multiple leading organizations including Standard Chartered bank, Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel and Dell.

Prior to joining Reliance Jio, Prasad was the Vice President & Head - Litigation & Disputes at OYO for over 3 years.
