Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has announced the elevation of Prinicpal Associate Radhika Seth to Partnership in Competition Law practice at the firm’s New Delhi office.

Seth is a 2014 alumna of Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

She has over a decade of experience advising leading Indian and international clients on a range of competition law matters — from complex merger control filings to high-stakes enforcement and litigation.

Her work spans sectors such as digital markets, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, media, automobiles and cement.

Seth had joined SAM as a Principal Associate in January this year. Her prior experiences include stints at Trilegal, Khaitan & Co, JSA and Saikrishna and Associates.
