Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Sairam Subramanian has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration team in Mumbai.

Subramanian is a 2010 graduate of the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies.

With over 12 years of experience in general commercial disputes, infrastructure and property related disputes, Subramanian started his career practicing at the High Court of Karnataka. He went on to work as an Associate at DSK Legal for over 3 years and then as a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co for over 4 years.

Prior to joining Saraf and Partners, Subramanian held the position of Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for over 3 years.
