SAM Partner Gauhar Mirza joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner in Technology practice

Mirza will be working out of the firm's Delhi-NCR office.

Gauhar Mirza has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Technology practice with a significant additional focus on Arbitration. He will be based in the Firm's Delhi-NCR office.

Mirza is a 2010 graduate of the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia.

Mirza has over 13 years of experience in advising and representing technology giants, leading construction companies, PSUs, automobile and other manufacturing industries and financial institutions. He also focuses on arbitration and also handles advisory and litigation for leading social media intermediaries and other tech companies. Mirza is also on the steering and advisory committees of various arbitral institutions and law colleges.

Prior to joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mirza was working at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
