Savani Gupte has joined S&R Associates as a Retained Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Gupte is a 2011 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai. She is qualified in India and is a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Gupte’s litigation and arbitration practice covers Indian and international arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, securities litigation and insolvency matters. She has represented clients in the manufacturing, financing, infrastructure, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors before various courts and tribunals in India, including the Bombay High Court, the NCLT, the NCLAT, the SEBI and the Securities Appellate Tribunal, as well as in institutional arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining S&R Associates, Gupte was a Partner at SAMVĀD: Partners for the past 4 years. She has previously worked with Khaitan & Co for 7 years.
