SD Partners elevates Kanishka Prasad and Ishita Srivastava to Associate Partner

Both Prasad and Srivastava have over a decade of experience in their respective fields.

SD Partners has announced the elevation of Kanishka Prasad and Ishita Srivastava to the position of Associate Partner. 

Prasad has over a decade of experience in dispute resolution. She is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, and tribunals across India, with extensive experience in civil, commercial, and insolvency matters. She has been instrumental in handling complex disputes and guiding clients through every stage of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) process.

Srivastava has over a decade of experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency resolution, distressed asset acquisitions and general corporate advisory. She has been instrumental in several high-value, cross-sector transactions, consistently combining deep legal acumen with commercial insight to deliver strategic, end-to-end solutions in the corporate and insolvency space.
