Shivangi Sharma Talwar leaves SAM to join JSA as Partner in Corporate practice

Talwar will be working out of the firm's Gurugram office.

Shivangi Sharma Talwar has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Gurugram office.

Talwar is an alumnus of NLIU, Bhopal. She earned her LLM in Business Laws from the National University of Singapore.

She has over 14 years of demonstrated legal experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, insurance and corporate advisory. While she has worked on corporate mandates across various sectors, she has domain expertise in the insurance sector and has considerable experience in servicing some of the world’s largest insurance companies and insurance intermediaries.

Prior to joining JSA, Talwar was associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. for 9 years and held the position of partner at SAM for 3 years.
