Shradha Sachdev joins Dentons Link Legal as Associate Partner

Sachdev has extensive experience advising leading corporates, banks and financial institutions on complex equity and debt transactions.

Shradha Sachdev has joined Dentons Link Legal as an Associate Partner in Banking & Finance practice at the Firm's Delhi office.

Sachdev is a 2013 graduate of Amity Law School.

She has over 11 years of experience advising leading corporates, banks and financial institutions on complex equity and debt transactions. Her practice focuses on project finance, structured lending, refinancing, debt restructuring and regulatory advisory, with experience in advising banks and NBFCs on financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors. She has been closely involved in structuring and documenting high-value project financings and has advised on stressed asset restructuring and resolution strategies.

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Sachdev was a Counsel at Trilegal and has previously worked with Advaita Legal and IL&FS, Mumbai, where she gained significant exposure to large-scale infrastructure financing and institutional lending mandates.
