Shujath Bin Ali has joined Fourth Partner Energy as the Chief Legal Officer.

Ali is a 2001 graduate from Osmania University. He earned his LLM in International Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation from the same university. Ali is also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With over two decades of experience, Ali has held General Counsel and CXO positions across multiple reputed companies, including Deloitte. He oversees Governance, Regulatory, Corporate Secretarial and Legal, Ethics & Compliance, ESG ,Risk functions and provides strategic oversight & operational support for businesses. He has led legal teams in diverse sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Software, Information Technology enabled services, Professional services sectors, Globlal Capability Center (GCC), Environment & Sustainability.

Prior to joining Fourth Partner Energy, Ali served as Global General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for a KKR portfolio Company, Re Sustainability.
