Tiwari has been associated with Mori Hamada for over the past decade, having joined as an Associate in 2013.

At the firm, she advises on real estate focused mergers and acquisitions, sector based cross-border investments, project related financing, joint ventures, and fund formations involving real estate assets held across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice spans a wide range of real estate projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, data centers as well as logistics and warehousing facilities, and retail and outlet malls.

Speaking on her elevation, Tiwari shared,

"This milestone gives me a moment to reflect on my very interesting journey that began with Mori Hamada — one that has shaped not just my career, but the way I think, work, and grow. It has meant learning new cultures, navigating unfamiliar jurisdictions and legal systems/practices, and constantly adapting along the way.

Along this path, I’ve had the privilege of working on complex cross-border investments and transactions, and of learning from remarkable mentors, colleagues, and clients who placed their trust in me and allowed me to grow alongside them."
