S&R Associates designates 3 lawyers as Retained Partners

All three partners are based out of the firm's Delhi office.

Shiv BhargavaKanika Khanna and Prateek Sharma have been designated as Retained Partners at S&R Associates.

Bhargava’s practice covers equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He received a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015. His prior experience includes working with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in New Delhi. Bhargava is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

Khanna’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Prior to joining S&R in 2017, she worked with A&M Law Offices in New Delhi. She received a B.S.L., LL.B. in 2009 from ILS Law College, Pune. Kanika is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

Sharma’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and general corporate matters. He also has significant experience in the infrastructure, REIT and technology sectors. He received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and joined S&R in 2013. Prateek is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.
