S&R Associates makes four lawyers Partners

The firm now has 130 lawyers at its Delhi and Mumbai offices, including 38 partners and counsel.

S&R Associates has announced the promotions of Oishika DasguptaAkshat KulshresthaMeher Mehta and Kinnari Sanghvi as Retained Partners.

Dasgupta’s practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets, and regulatory and general corporate matters. She is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar and is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Kulshrestha’s competition law practice includes merger control in M&A transactions and investigations relating to anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance. He is a 2010 graduate of Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune, and holds a diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London. He is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

Mehta’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory and general corporate matters, with significant experience in the infrastructure sector, including airports, renewable energy and telecommunications. She is a 2014 graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

Sanghvi’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance and general corporate matters. She is a 2009 Symbiosis Law School, Pune graduate and did an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012. She is based in the firm’s New Delhi office.

S&R Associates has also designated Shiv Bhargava and Apurv Sharma as Counsel.

Shiv Bhargava and Apurv Sharma

Bhargava’s practice covers equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He received a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015.

Sharma’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, insolvency and restructuring and general corporate matters. He received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2015.
